Full Refund Eligibility

You are entitled to a full refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Advance Cancellation: If you provide notice of cancellation 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time, you will receive a complete refund of all fees paid.

  2. Provider Cancellation: If Breathe Yourself Better cancels your appointment for any reason, you will automatically receive a full refund regardless of the timing of the cancellation.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used for your original purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

Cancellation Notice
